Redeemer Lutheran School Tuition is set for the entire school year.
Redeemer uses the Procare App for invoicing and payments.
Procare accepts credit cards, debit cards and ACH withdraws. Families may pay the school directly by cash, checks, cashier’s check or money order. All credit/debit cards must run through Procare.
You may pay the tuition several ways: whole year, bi-yearly, 1/4 payment, or monthly. When your registration fee is accepted with your application, you are agreeing to fill that spot and pay the entire tuition amount based on the program you choose. There is no reduction of tuition for short months, sick/snow days, holidays or vacations.
Tuition is due the first of the month and all accounts that are paid past the 10th of the month will be subject to a $25.00 late charge. Cashier’s check, or money order must replace a returned check. This payment will include a returned check charge of $25.00. If we receive more than 2 NSF charges from your bank, then our policy is to have you pay by money order or cashier’s check for the remainder of the year.
If you decide to withdraw at any time, you are responsible for the entire remaining balance that you carry. The only exception is if the child is withdrawn at the discretion of the director. Example, behavioral issues or lack of toilet training.
Delinquent accounts, past 45 days, risk losing your child’s school “spot”. You will be notified by the Director in writing of your account status. Often we have waiting lists for the classes and can fill vacant spots immediately.
Kindergarten 1st tuition payment is due by August 10.
Pre-School 1st tuition payment is due by September 10.
Tuition paid in full during the first two weeks of school will receive a 3% discount.
If only one parent is responsible for billing or someone other than a parent (grandparent), please call the office to set up payment plan.
