I, the undersigned parent/legal guardian, hereby grant permission to Redeemer Lutheran School to use photographs, video recordings, or digital images of my child, and or schoolwork for the following purposes:

School website and social media pages
Printed newsletters, brochures, and flyers
Local newspaper or media coverage
Promotional materials for school events
All of the above

Terms & Understanding

I understand that these images may be used without compensation and that I may revoke this permission at any time by providing written notice to the school office. I release Redeemer Lutheran School from any claims arising from the use of these images.
